Mrs. Palecek Hultgren routinely advises her legal clients on all aspects of their real estate purchase and sale transactions. She also regularly advises other agents and brokers as to their legal and fiduciary duties owed to their clients and counsel’s them on countless other legal matters involved in their real estate transactions.
As a practicing Attorney and Broker, Mrs. Palecek Hultgren is keenly aware of the many pitfalls and legal issues real estate transactions can be fraught with. As real estate litigation and failure to disclose cases continue to be on the rise in California, Mrs. Palecek Hultgren’s vast experience serves her clients’ well and is invaluable to avoid costly mistakes and properly advise not only as to the routine aspects of a transaction but the legal ones as well.
Mrs. Palecek Hultgren brings experience in the design and development and the remodeling of properties. She has remolded and sold several properties herself and has assisted in the design build of a 38-unit PUD project assisting with the project’s land acquisition, land use regulations, design and development. She has experience dealing with designers, architects, construction teams and zoning authorities with regard to all stages and aspects of the design build process.
Mrs. Palecek Hultgren is a San Diego native and enjoys spending time with her husband Andrew, her large extended family, her two standard poodles, and is committed to staying mentally and physically fit through yoga and is an avid golfer and horse lover.
